Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Seçil Seyahat Otomotiv Yatçılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. acts as data controller and informs you as follows.

Personal data processed

Identity (name), contact (phone, email), reservation/transaction data, and technical data related to site use.

Purposes

Providing services, running reservation/quote processes, customer relations, finance/accounting, and meeting legal obligations.

Legal basis

Conclusion/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent (KVKK art. 5).

Transfers

Data may be shared with business partners and suppliers (e.g. the payment institution) to deliver the service, and with legally authorized authorities, in line with legislation.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

International data transfers

To deliver our services, we work with service providers located abroad: email delivery (Resend, USA), web analytics (Google Analytics, USA) and website hosting/CDN (located abroad). Accordingly, personal data such as your name, e-mail and phone number may be processed and stored abroad by these providers. These transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), relying on the explicit consent you give at the moment you submit your details through our forms and/or on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). You may withdraw your consent and exercise your rights under the KVKK through the contact channels set out in this document.
