FAQ

Frequently asked questions
When and where is COP31?
COP31 runs from Monday 9 to Friday 20 November 2026 at the Antalya EXPO Center in Aksu, about 6 km north of Antalya Airport. The World Leaders' Summit is on 11–12 November.
How far is Antalya Airport from the COP31 venue?
About 6 km by road, typically 15 minutes. The official COP31 site advises 20–30 minutes, and security controls on the Leaders' Summit days can extend that further.
Is the official COP31 shuttle free? Do we still need private cars?
The official shuttle is free for accredited participants and connects the official hotels, the airport and the city centre with the venue on a published timetable. Delegations book private cars when their hotel is not on the official list, when they have side events between sessions, when ministers or executives need flexibility, or when crews travel with equipment.
Do you have electric cars?
Three, on request: a BMW i7, a BMW iX and a Porsche Taycan, chauffeur-driven and limited in number. The rest of the delegation fleet is conventional; tell us early if one of them matters to you.
Can you handle a multi-vehicle delegation for the whole conference?
Yes. We assign a mixed fleet of limousines, executive cars, VIP vans and minibuses with one coordinator, daily movement sheets and a single invoice; for larger delegations and organisers we also source coaches, midibuses, commercial and logistics vehicles through partner operators. We provided the official vehicles and transfers for heads of state at the G20 Antalya Summit in 2015.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
English, Arabic, Russian, German and Turkish. Tell us the delegation's language and we assign chauffeurs accordingly.
Can you invoice our organisation and accept bank transfer?
Yes. We invoice organisations in EUR or TRY and accept bank transfer or card. A deposit confirms the booking; the balance is settled as set out in the offer.
Do you provide armored vehicles?
Armored sedans and SUVs for ministerial delegations are available on request, planned together with your security team.
Can you also cover Istanbul or Ankara legs before or after Antalya?
Yes. Many delegations combine COP31 with meetings in Ankara or Istanbul. We operate in both cities to the same fleet standard and hand over between them.
Is MAYSCAR an official COP31 partner?
No. MAYSCAR is an independent transport provider. Accreditation, badges, vehicle passes and official-hotel bookings come only through the UNFCCC and the COP31 organisers; we support you with the documents your protocol office needs from the transport side.
